“Excellent Family Vacation Stay At SENSES!!!
Traveled to Bonaire with 3 adult children and stayed in 3 bedroom ocean view. The unit itself was fantastic! Very clean, modern, A/C in bedrooms worked great, modern / well working appliances, thoughtful appointment of dishes, cutlery, huge fridge, etc. Exceptional view… Management is also incredibly kind and responsive. As an example, at one point the Wifi went down. Management was immediately responsive and kept us up to date. The issue related to a power problem (i.e. it was not their doing…this is a small Caribbean island) and they communicated regularly to make sure we were aware. They quickly found a work around, and let us know immediately. Our kids had already figured it out of course : ) That said, anything we needed, management was incredibly responsive. We also ended up needing to extend a night due to flight issues and they were incredibly kind and accommodating. Location has great access to restaurants, etc. One learning for us was we should have looked into dining reservations prior to arriving for our holiday stay as around New Year (and after) many things shut down. Definitely glad we had a car, and the diving was wonderful!”
